2 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup milk of choice
(almond, oats, cow, etc)

2 tbsp greek yogurt
(plain or vanila)

2-3 tbsp granola

fruit toppings
of choice
(banana, berries, fig, etc.)

grated nutmeg
to taste

Step 01

In either a small bowl or mason jar, sir together the chia seeds and milk. 

Step 02

Store overnight. It will magically transform into a fluffy, pillowy pudding. You're now ready for your toppings!

Step 03

To assemble the parfait, add fruits of choice in the bottom of the glass jar, sprinkle the granola, and then 1/2 of the yogurt. This is one layer. 

For the second layer, add the remaining yogurt, fruit and granola. 


Step 04

Top it off with granola and fruit, and if daring, some almond slivers or coconut flakes. 

The colors are amazing, so it definitely brightens up your morning just a bit!
