Make a fresh cup of coffee or Make either a single or a double shot of espresso.
In a metal frother steamer cup, add the milk of choice, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, clove, ginger, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Froth the pumpkin milk mixture for 1 to 2 minutes until it thickens to a nice, warm froth.
Pour the pumpkin spiced milk into the espresso or coffee. Give it a gentle swirl with a cinnamon stick. Using a zester, grate some nutmeg on top, and enjoy!
